G2 Crowd identifies the top 25 enterprise software products through customer satisfaction rankings
CHICAGO – August 30, 2016 – G2 Crowd, the world’s leading business software review platform, today released the Top 25 Enterprise Software Products list to help enterprises determine the best business technology in their market. The list showcases the software that enterprise users have rated highly, based on customer satisfaction score.
SignNow, GitHub, iSpring Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Widen Collective topped the list receiving customer satisfaction scores of 9.35 or higher. Each was named a Leader or High Performer in their individual product categories. Sublime Text, Visual Studio, ZoomInfo, Slack, ClearSlide and Box complete the list receiving satisfaction scores of 8.84 or greater. Each was named a Leader in their individual product categories. The product categories in the list spanned from recruiting to text editor, but the course authoring, e-signature and online course categories were featured most frequently.
“Enterprises have the budget and resources to purchase quality software, but they don’t always choose software that is best fit for their workforce,” says Michael Fauscette, chief research officer at G2 Crowd. “Enterprises use technology to make sure their businesses run like well-oiled machines. They need to know what products are best to help them stay connected and sustain a large-scale organization.”
The list is based on reviews from Aug. 1, 2015, through July 31, 2016. The ranked products each received 20 or more reviews within this time period and were reviewed by users at companies with more than 1,000 employees. Products are ranked in order of highest satisfaction score, with the top 25 products showcased in the list. Customer satisfaction scores are determined based on reviewers’ likeliness to recommend the product to a friend or colleague.
